Hello ppl,
Is there any configuration that has to be done in the Server Side by the Basis to make Interactive forms works?
I've have followed the most basic tutorial, and the interactive form is not showing. In IE it shows the red Cross where the interactive form component is, and in Firefox, nothing is showed.
The things i have done are:
Created an InteractiveForm component,
Set up te pdfSource with a binary attribute form context.
HardCoded the elements from the node that i set up as the pdfDataSource.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Solved by changing the dataType property of the InteractiveForm UI Element from activeX to Native.

the "red cross" problem within the browser has been discussed like zillion times here. Search a little.
If you´re sure if your ADS is configured use program PF_TEST_00 in your system to check - if you get the form (SAP GUI), then ADS works. To test if the credentials work, look for another testing program which start with FP_* and have reasonable description to help you find the right one.

Yes ADS needs to be configured by the BASIS folks and regarding the Red X mark error just make a simple search on SCN and you can find out solution as these has been answered many times earlier.
