RRB for Intercompany rsource hours in CAT2 against WBS Element

Hi Folks,

1).We are trying put New process RRB for Intercompany rsource hours creating sale order(Billing request),

2). 1 + Company code(Intercompany customer) as the sold to party and creating order related billing(as like IV) in the billing document maintaining the output type to generate idoc .

3).In IDOC Accounting document we could not able to find customer details like sales group,sales office etc..in Profitability analysis TAB,any suggestions to pull this data

Hi

If you have selected these fields in the structure of the Operating Concern. i.e. PA then there might be a characteristic group set up for e.g. FI transactions, which may only contain some fields for entry. The addidtional fields can be added here. See SPRO > Controlling > Profitability Analysis > Flows of Actual Data > Characteristic groups and all three items below that.

If they are not in PA, then obtain assistance from a CO-PA colleague to help put it in.
