Hello All,

we are making one report for that we need to capture the Bill of Material number of the component attached to the activity.

There is BOM with x,y,z components assembly name is "ABC", the "ABC" is transfered to project using CN33, all the components are attached to a activity in network.

Now we can see the assemly number of the components in CJ20N , select the activity, go in detail view, select component overview, scroll to wards right we can find the "Assembly" column and the "ABC" is shown there.

No we have checked the table it is RESB, field BAUGR ,

the problem is.. in the table it is not showing the "ABC" number. and it is not showing any thing.

How this table will get populated ?

Is there any other method to fetch the assembly number from the table.

Thanks,

karthik

Hi,

Fetch STLNR and STLAL from RESB, go to MAST table pass these values and get MATNR. You will get the material number of the assembly. Hope it helps.

Arul.

Hi,

Try using RESBD-ASSEMBLY, well it uses the same data element as RESB-BAUGR, but RESBD is used in many component screens. Give it a try, lets wait for experts opinion.

Harsh.
