Hello,
Since upgrading to Office 2007 from Office 2003, users cannot open tif files from an Archivelink in SAP GUI. Looking around the forums for solutions, we have installed the Office 2007 version of Microsoft Document Imaging and associated a tif extension with this program in XP. This has not resolved the issue.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how to resolve this?
