Not able to take printouts from SAP

Hi,

I am not able to take printouts from SAP but I can take printouts from word , excel or any other microsoft applications.Below is the details

Server Operating System : Windows Server 2008

SAP GUI Version: 7.20

Printer series : Toshiba E Studio 455

Printer Model: Toshiba E Studio 255

In SAP it is generating spool request with status completed but not getting the prints.

Is the printer configured as device type G?

The printer configured as device type F.

Don't use "F" any more, this is deprected and saplpd does not work properly. Use "G" instead.
