He Experts,

When i try to rerun sales return through VA01 order type ZR03 --- Return Orders clicked create with reference selected BIllDoc as 999999999 then clicked on copy then system throwing this error : "Copying from sales document type ZSP3 to ZR03 is not supported" and reference docment not created. Please help how i overcome this problem.

Hi,

As already mentioned, the copy control is missing

Go to VTAF tcode, enable ur invoice to return order copy control for all the relevant invoice item categories. Then it will allow you to create return order w.r. to invoice

Thanks for very helpful reply. Now correct me if i am wrong. in VTAF header i have to insert new line with following data Tgt is ZR03 and source would be ZSP3 and transport to PRD server .

That covers only the header part, you should also enable for all the relevant item categories and schedule lines. Check some return order to return invoice copy controls and do the configuration accordingly.
