Quotations

Hi,

How can we see the open quotations for a particular customer, when we are raising a sales order reference with quotation. I did all the necessary changes like in VOV8 of OR for Quotation Messages as B and in VTAA at item level for Copy Quantity I had given Automatic quantity determination.

Can you help me to see the open quotations.

Hi,

You have put the right settings. But my question is do you have the quotation for the same customer and materail? If no, then, you can create and check. Also use report VA25N or VA25 to check if quotation exists for that particular customer and material.

You can see open quotation document list using T.Code --> VA25 or VA25N
