Sales Order can not be created ??

Hello....This is Son from Korea

I got in trouble with SAP....

I tried to creat Sales Order in dev sever, but it's not possible to creat through VA01.

the massage is "Order type 'OR2' has not been defined in Sales area <'7000','01','01'>"

I've checked configuration......

"Assign Sales Area To Sales Document Types"

It is completly same as pro sever....

I don't konw why it is happnig ?......

Can you give me the answer ? what should I do to solve it ?

Hi,

You can try one of the two ways mentioned below.

1st

a. In Tcode VOV8, check if Sales order type OR2 exists. If no, the you will have to create one. If yes, then

b. In 'Assign Sales Area to Sales document types', first select 'Combine Sales Organization' and put your sales organization and reference sales organization as same. Then, select 'Combine distribution channels' and put the reference distribution channel same as the one you want to use. Similarly select 'Combine divisions' and then put in the same division as reference for the combination of sales org and distribution channel.

c. Now, select 'Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas' and assign sales order type OR2 to the sales area.

Or you can try this

2nd

Remove the entry in 'Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas' for all the document types in your sales area.

As you said, I did clearly~~~ and finally it's possible to creat S/O......

Please goto T.Code OVAZ and make a entry for Sales Organization, Distribution Chanel, Division with Sales Document type.

For Example :
