Unable to find "Upload Ports and Check-Tables" option in MDMGX of ECC

Dear Experts,

We are unable to see the "Upload Ports and Check-Tables" option in MDMGX of the ECC System to upload the ".txt" file.

Can anyone guide on what possibly could be the issue?

Hi Dhwani,

this function was added to MDMGX during its lifetime. Most probably your MDMGX version is a quite old one. If you can do it, I'd suggest that you update the PI_BASIS and SAP_APPL plug-ins in your system to the latest version. This ensures that you use the latest version of MDMGX, too.

Hi Dhwani,

are you able to see other option or only "Upload Ports and Check-Tables" option not able to see

check MDM_GX_UPLOAD_MDMGXC1 program exist in ECC system or not

or reinstall MDM patch to ECC with the help of BASIS team
