display of approver/reviewer?

Hi all,

I have a custom workflow which is a copy of n-level BADI for shopping cart, but the approval preview screen doesn't display the correct approvals. This happens only for the custom workflow. Can anyone of you let me know what could be the reason? How are the approvers/reviewers determined in this approval preview screen?

Hello,

The reason is that the system checks the ID of the workflow template (WS...) and it doesn't recognize yours. The preview has to work differently than with classic workflow. You'll have to modify some standard code to make it avaible.

( Constants are defined in BBP_WFL_CON, you can check the use list of c_wf_task_item_based. )
