IDM User Interface: Access Denied, Service Down

Hello,

I have a problem with the login to the IDM UI. I get the message: "Access denied, Service down".

In the userinterface_00.0.log following information is stored:

Thank you all for your replies, I have solved the problem!

I have installed the newest patches for the Identity Center, the User Interface (SCA deployment) and the Database scheme.

@Sony

Try an update for all the components mentioned above.

Hi Judith,

Mine is a CE7.2 version. Can you please mention what are the components I need to select in marketplace? I am not able to find the components you mentioned under CE7.2.

Please give me the names of SCA's you downloaded, please help me resolve this problem

Hi Sony,

Judith and me use CE 7.2, too. We downloaded the components under this link: https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/support

Choose the following path:

Support Packages and Patches - Entry by Application Group" SAP NetWeaver and complementary products" SAP NW IDENTITY MANAGEMENT" SAP NW IDENTITY MANAGEMENT 7.1

There we downloaded:

- ICDESIGNTIME05_1-10007480.ZIP

- ICRUNTIME05_0-10007481.ZIP

- IDMIC05_0-10007483.SCA

Maybe this helps you...

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your kind reply. But I am not using IDM, I am facing this problem when trying to run a WD program which uses twitter4j API to connect to twitter.

Can you suggest any other upgrade required, other than IDM?

HI,

Even I am also facing this problem, any sollution for this? What java services needs to be set? Please explain.

I am using NE CE7.2 new installation.

Hello Judith,

did your login work before, or is it a new IDM installation? If the 2nd, did you configure the UME (idm_authenticated etc.) like described in the config guide [https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/sapidb/011000358700001749752008E |https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/sapidb/011000358700001749752008E] page 38ff?
