Quotations

Hi,

We raised a quotation for 100 items. With the reference of the quotation we raised sales order for 20 items. Now where will we check the remaining quantity of items belongs to the quotation we had raised.

Dear Sukumar,

Go to VA22------->Give Quotation number -

> Click on "Display Document flow" Icon -

> Once you get in to document flow screen Select That quotation and click on" Status Overview" -

>once you get into quotation status overview -

>click on status over view Plus options ..ther you can find Reference status Partially referenced.

Or

Same as above now select the Order number and click on "Status Overview"--

---

>Sales Order :status Overview--> in status overview if you click that plus option you will get information what is quantity left over.
