New Administrator not Selectable for Mitigations

All,

I set up a new administrator in the mitigations tab of RAR with "All administrator roles". Then I created new mitigation and wanted to select this new administrator, but I cannot select him, only the old administrators show up in list. Any ideas why?

Hi,

You need to associate this administrator with an existing business unit by going to mitigation -> business unit. Once this is done, refresh the screen and go to the mitigation control create/change area and you should be able to see the new administrator.
