Condition record not set in billing document.

Hi,

I have seen previous answers on this issue in this forum but it is of no purpose to me.

We have a rebate conditon type which is not getting set in billing document. The pricing analysis says that"condition record found but not set".

Pricing date is 1.4.10 and cond record validity date is 1.1.10 to 31.12.10 and cond record created on 14.1.10 and billing document created on 29.4.10.

the condition is not deleted manually from billing doc and theere are no user defined requirements.

I think this is a known error. Any anwers pls

Refer Building block-Extended Rebate Processing with Customer (GX6)

Run ReportRV15B002-if rebate to apply to previous billing doc.

a payer relevant for rebates after the agreement was created, you should update the billing index for the invoice documents that were created since the start date of the rebate agreement. Run report RV15B001

In case you make changes to rebate relevant sub-totals in the pricing procedure, you need to recalculate these sub-totals with report RV15B003 (IMG path Sales and Distribution>Billing>Rebate processing>Recalculate Subtotals For Rebate Processing).
