SAP SD CIN Query-3

Hi

I am facing a problem in CIN. I updated the RG1 register(J1I5) for only a few movement types and now when i try to extract it (J2I5). The system gives me error. No error details but only a Red cross mark against register name (i.e. RG1). Please suggest me what to do?

Check enters in table:

1. J_1IRG1,

2. J_2IRG1BAL,

3.J_1IRGSUM

Then again update in j1i5 and extract j2i5 the data.

I have checked the enteries in the tables. I have processed a total of 6 out of 50 documents which are appearing in the table J_1IRG1. I think i need to update the RG1 register completely for the selected date before performing the extraction.

Hi ,

Yes you need to update the RG1 completely before extraction. We have face the similar kind of issue and its resolved after updating the RG1 completely.
