VERIFYDB status red in DB12

Hi All,

VERIFYDB shows in Red in DB13, eventhough job completed successfully.

No action log displayed in db13, but log is available at OS level and it is showing from DB14 also.

But in DB13 it is showing in Red and no action log dispalyed.

Can you please let me know what is wrong here.

SAP : 4.6C

Oracle: 10.2.0.4.0

OS : HP_UX

First you should check and correct the BRTOOLS permission for above problem.

Refer the below note carefully (notice sticky bit permissions and group membership)

For DBVerify Errors, you can even post the log with is available at OS level.

Hi Rajesh,

There are no errors in action log and job log, job finished successfully.

Only problem is action log is not displayed from DB13.

Brtools have the correct permissions, and all other jobs are running fine.

verifydb showing in red and action log not available from db13.

pls let me know what to do?

Hello,

One thing I would like to know have you ever got any backup failed.. May be your old entry is not getting removed and now its showing as old one.. As you are using 4.6c check for the Basis SP, What is your current level ?

Just try to update your Basis level We are on Basis 48 and not facing this issue though I heard SAPKB46C50 has some corrections for this.
