ActionInbox connection time out

Hi all,

When we login to our srm system and click strategic Purchasing.

Then the view 'Work Overivew' display and it show me an info

'No items found to display'. And following is a warning 'An error

occurred while trying to connect to the provider.

Then click for details, it show follow logs:

Connection Status

System Connector Last Access Date Status Message

SAP_SRM WebFlowConnector Aug 10, 2010 3:02:38 PM Successful

AdHocSystem AdHocWorkflowConnector Aug 10, 2010 3:02:38 PM Successful

ActionInbox ActionInboxConnector Aug 10, 2010 3:03:08 PM timeout Time out occured. Time taken is more than 30 seconds

Can somebody tell me why it try to connect to the system ActionInbox?

How and where to configrate it ?

Deactive the system ActionInbox it is ok.
