Hi Gurus,
We are working with BI for reoprts developments. We have come across a problem in Shipment.
We found that there are some shipment cost doc are showing in BI system, where as these documents are not avialble in R/3 system. Even shipment cost doc is not visible in shipping doc document flow. In BI we found shipment cost doc along with shipment doc, but when we see it in R/3 system we have only shipment doc availble and no shipment doc availabla.
Is it possible to delete shipment cost doc from system? I dont think it is possible to delete, b'se it is having a FI doc posting which need to be revrsed. then it must show in document flow.
Is there any possiblity that if i change the status in shipping doc, so that even it will not show document flow?
awaiting for your replies...Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Srikky
Hi,
Please check if the documents are available in VFKK table. Also check if this document number is updated in VBFA table with the shipment document number as the preceeding number.
If the details are available in VBFA and not in VFKK, then there are chances that this document was archived at some point of time.
If it is not in VBFA, then it is understood that this number is never created.
Also check whether the nearer document numbers are available in VFKK and VBFA.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply...
I have already checked at table level, these documents are not availbal. Where as preceeding and subsequent documents are avalialble ta table level. i really not understood how this happend? even these documents are not availbale in document flow table.
But my problem here is in the BI system it is showing the documents. BI system only extracrs the data from R/3 system, BI system itself cann't create any document. then these documents not showing R/3 system?
