Looks like this is a bug in SAP GUI for Java.

Please file a bug report to SAP.

FYI: On Mac OS X the key combination CTRL">" and CTRL"<" are "grabbed" from the System.

Maybe it should be mapped to COMMAND">" COMMAND"<".

COMMAND + "<" or COMMAND + "," is a shortcut for SAP GUI Preference. I tried to right click a line and it is working using the pop menu. I also noticed that in the pop menu, it says CONTROL + C for (including others like X, V, and Z) but actually, the one working is COMMAND + C (including others like X, V, and Z). All others are good except for the comment and uncomment.

BTW, regarding the bug report, how do you create one? Thanks.
