Vendor is not exist

Hi,

I have created a vendor in ERP system properly with all data. It has replicated in ERM system properly which I can check through the T.code "BP". But when I am creating a SC in SRM portal then I have searched this vendor and it is not exist in SRM portal.

Could any one can tell me what is the reason and for this what I need to do?

Check whether the vendor exist in PPOSV_BBP-Display supplier Group

Check in SRM via "BP" transaction to see if it has the BP role of "Vendor". If so, in portal, navigate to "Business Partner" -> "External Business Partner", the vendor should appear in active query "Suppliers".

Yes i have checked the BP role and it do not have Vendor option. So How can I add this?

while searching the vendor , remove all filter values like O 5XXXXXX

how are you searching the vendor?

bp number?

what you are typing to searching the vendor ? name or number?

where?

IN THE SEARCH

vendor = vendor number what is your number range internal or external ..

is vendor number different from BP number

which technical scenario or you in ? classic or extended calssic?

are you searching vendor in prefered source of supply ?

can you check there?
