Hi friends,
We found a scrip form of customer statement and willing to change it to smeart form. Here is how I did.
XD02, change customer master company code data with dunn. procefure of 0001 and bank statement 2
F.27 create customer statement with below input
compnay code 1000
accoutn type D
indicator in master record 2
key dates for acct statement : last date of period
Correspondence; Y0013
Sp01:print statement
My question is :
A. from above procedure , do you think the script form I printed is F140_CUS_STAT_01 or F140_CUS_STAT_02? how do I know which script form I used when I print
B. Is there any way to transfer script form to smartform? After transfer, How do I assign the modified form to the printting transaction?

Re your question A:
F140_CUS_STAT_01 and F140_CUS_STAT_02 are SAP standard forms for customer statement. You can use either one but usually you will create your own (by copying) to add company logo and name, etc.
If you use program RFKORD11 for customer statement, you specify the form to be used in the "Correspondence" field.

Print program RFKORD11 is linke to correspondence SAP13 (OB78) and form F140_CUS_STAT_02 ((IMG .... Correspondence > SAPscript-Based Forms > Define form name for Correspond. Print)
