Hi OM,

For sales order, I could understand that you would like to avoid the order creation without confirmed quantity.

First you need to set the customizing setting for ATP check and then use Userexit FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in MV45AFZZ to perform the check that whether full quantity has been confirmed.

For purchase order, I could not understand the business requirement since the vendor should decide whether there is enough stock to send to you or not....

I would recommend you to create a thread at MM Forum for questions regarding purchase order creation.

Hi,

You can assign incompletion procedure to sales order item checking field confirmed qty in schedule line. When confirmed qty is zero, you can trigger error message and user is not be able to save the order until the item is removed/rejected.
