In Result Recording I have Quantitative inspection characteristics of Single result with sampling procedure (fixed sample ,sample size5) . i did Recording of 5 samples in which 3 records are rejected and two are accepted. Now I valuate this Characteristics. Its mean value is in the range of upper and lower limit so system is accepted this characteristics by taking Overall result.. Now i want that system will Give valuation not on Mean value but with number of non conformance units. If NC is greater, than system will Reject that particular inspection characteristics.Is there any soution that system will Valute on Non confermance units?
