Dear SAP,
This is regarding an issue with our pre production box.
We have enabled , Pending Extracts for All Data Objects ( necessary ones) within our SWCV.
However, very frequently...we see the Data Objects getting stuck in Pending Extracts view. When we trigger pending extracts, manually...the Queues gets cleared out.
We have limited the Threshold for Device Outbound Queue as 50 MB ( although our app data is less than 3 MB).
Any pointers to solve this issue will be of great help.
Thanks in Advance
Suresh BJ
Dear Friends,
....Please read it as Enabled - Sync_DO_Extract....
Thanks

Hi Suresh,
Create a fresh device and assign the DMSCv to it. It should work.
Can you please let me know what are the steps you followed for your previous device?
1. Assign DMSCV to device.
2. Marked the DO as sync_ext_enabled
OR
1. Assigned MCD (DMSCV got assigned along with it.
2. Marked the DO as sync_ext_enabled
OR
1. Marked the DO as sync_ext_enabled
2. Assign DMSCV to device.

Rohith
Rohith,
Second Option is more closer..
1. Marked the DO as sync_ext_enabled.
2. Assigned MCD (DMSCV got assigned along with it).
However, the following is our observation ( along with SAP Dev Support )
1. Perform Local Deployment of the MCD ( which is set to Tested Successfully and associated with the DMSWCV in MMW).
2. Send Deployment Status message to DOE - during registration - this inturn makes the DMSWCV as operational.
3. Queues are in Ready State and some objects gets extracted to the outbound queue / some objects are in Ready State.
4. Manual Assignment of the DMSWCV to the test device ...triggers the extract for the data object towards outbound queue.
Btw, Marking the DO as Sync_Extract is part of the Initial System Setup step.
This issue is only observed in our pre prod system and no where else. Technically, all our systems are on the same build levels.
Let me know incase you would like to have a look at the system
Thanks,
Suresh~
