Notifications are not sent to SCOT

Hi all,

I have a SC and PO approval workflow. When there is a workitem for approval in approver's inbox. it sends a notification mail to the user. Report RSWUWFML2 is scheduled in background and it runs for every two minutes.

I can see in SM37 that batch job is running fine but I cant see any notifications in SCOT. this was running fine two days back and suddenly stopped working!!

What could be the reason that notifications are not sent to SCOT?

Hi..

did you check the attribute 'forward_wi' has been configured in ppoma_bbp for the user, if not mark it 'X' and also check SAPconnect user id and password has been configured correctly or not in SICF..
