Availability Control Report

Hi experts,

Are there any reports to check if the availability control is active to the projects?

There is a work around...Use status selection profile which has AVAC system status...and you can use this in almost all the reports, assign it to WBS Element, and you will get the projects whose WBS Elements have AVAC

Hi,

You can Check Report S_ALR_87013561 - as Given By HEMANT VASKAR.

Other Methods are:

Check transaction: OPS9 (Budget Profile).

There Check "Activation Type " under "Availability Control". There can be 3 possibilities:

• 0 - Cannot be activated.

• 1 - Automatic Activation.

• 2 - Background Activation.

or

You can goto transaction: CJ31 (Display Original Budget).

Then Extras->Availability Control->Availability Control Info.
