Password Resets after Upgrade.

HI ALL

We have just undergone an Upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0

A large number of users are not able to login in ECC 6.0 with the passwords of 4.6c,

Hence we are facing a lot of issues related to password reset.

Kinldy suggest any resolution for the same.

What happens if you change the password for one of these problematic users? Does it start working properly?

I would recommend you to read note 1023437 for further clarifications about the possible cause of this issue. Please, also have a look at the following notes:
