Error while opening Integration Builder

Hello guys,

when i click integration builder link, instead of opening it it shows a dialog box saying "Do you want to open or save this file? directory.jnlp"

Please resolve this issue asap.

Hi,

I understand that when trying to open the Integration builder page, instead of opening, it asks you to open or save the file.

I think you are using Firefox as your Browser, so it would ask like that. You can select either of the option and can open the Integration builder page.

I am using IE.

using either of the option is not solving my problem. nothing happens when i click open or save.

save the JNLP file in desktop then open jnlp file,it will work.

What is the version of IE are u using?

Check with IE 6.

If that did not resolve the issue, re-install the JAVA web start and check. This would fix the issue.

i m using IE 6 and i tried reinstalling java web start.. still issue not resolved...

Hi,

It seems your Web Start is not properly installed on the machine where you are trying to execute this.

I suggest that you check the java web start version and perhaps download it again and re-install.

Hi,

1.Ensure that Java Web start version should not be less than 1.4.

2. Check in the Control panel programs, whether there is only one JRE installed on your computer.

If the issue still persists,

Check in another computer, installing the Java web start and try opening IR.

At the top of the page, you would find a question " Quation is Answered or not". Select Answered.
