one to one relation between sales order and delivery - no combined deliveri

Hi All,

We don't want to combine the sales orders into one delivery, that means delivery split should happen in all cases. The requirement is one delivery should refer only one sales order. But when i am creating deliveries through VL10A, the system is creating conbined delivery with reference to more than one sales order.

Here the ship to party, incorerms1 and 2, route all are same. What config is required for splitting the deliveries.

Hi,

If you tick the complete delivery you wont be able to create partial delivery which i hope is not your requirement

You can uncheck the order combination field in the customer master or in the sales order which willserve your purpose.

Hi,

You should change Partial delivery per item field as "C=Only complete deliery" and tick the complete delivery required by law in the customer sales area shipping tab if your business process does not allow the partial delivery. Additionally, Otherwise your business sometimes allow you to do partial delivery, only you should select the complete delivery field when creating sales order.

HI, The issue is not with full delivery or partial delivery creation from one sales order. The exact issue is not able create delivery with reference to only one sales order. When i run the delivery due list, the system is combining multiple sales orders into one delivery.

We need to create one delivery from each sales order that means one to one relationship required.

Do we need any special master and config for this?

Hi,

You should uncheck field Order combination in customer master -> sales view -> shipping. Then sales order will not be combined in one delivery.

In Sales order, set the Complete Delivery checkbox or enable the same in customer master. It will create single delivery for one sales order (provided there is no split criteria applicable).
