MDM Syndicator is used to export the data(based on a search criteria) to another source. What kind of requirement you have to export the data in SRM MDM scenario? If you have such business reuquirements, then yes you can use syndicator for that.

Are you referring about the catalog scenario's in case of contract management. To create a contract for a specific item also from a specific supplier, we launch a catalog to select the item which transfers the all the item details with the price. Then we negotiate the price with the supplier to create a contract.
In other case, an already created contract for an item is also transferred from the catalog to the SRM.

Can you be more specific with your question? Do you want to enhance the MDM Catalog UI?
