Sales order specific GL accounts

Hi Friends,

I would like to have separate revenue (ERL) GL accounts (VKOA) for each sales order.

Reason behind this is, I am treating each sales order as one project (PS). My client wants to have separate GL's for each project.

Can anyone suggest me what is the best combination I can maintain in VKOA?

Hi all,

Anyone have any comment on this please. Like adding WBS element in VKOA, etc. I checked for WBS element to create new table, but that field is not available. So anyone can through more light on this please.

Hi,

If you are considering each sales order as a project, then obviously the customer should be different.

In that case, add customer in VKOA condition tables.

Either you can [_add Sales Doc type field in to field catalog_|http://www.sap-basis-abap.com/sd/how-to-add-new-fields-to-field-catalog.htm] for Acc Determination for SD or you can use AUGRU-Order reason readily avalable to use and distinguish your sales order for your propose.

Now, create a table with your combination and place it AcNo. 5 - Access sequence - Access number in KOFI.

And maintain the desired values for VKOA for your desired combination.
