Cannot create new RemoteLoginContext on connecting to Visual Admin in EP

Hi All,

When iam trying to connect to Visual admin following error message is displayed:

Error while connecting

com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException: Cannot create new RemoteLoginContext.

when i connect to configtool ,following error message is displayed:

Error occured while working with configuration (sacnning).

Msg:Error while connecting to DB.

when i reboot the system these problems are resolved for a few hours and after that the same problem appears,this has happened several times.Can somebody please tell me wt is the cause of this problem and how to rectify this problem.If some body can send me PDF/Word documents in support of resolving this issue,this shall be very helpful and your help shall be appreciated.My Email Id is reachme.saumya@gmail.com .

Msg:Error while connecting to DB.

It looks like this might be some Firewall issue. I suspect that your DB is not on the same machine as your App/Msg server. Now at start the connection to the DB gets opened fine. However if you firewall will cut the connection after x hours/minutes and you did not make an exception for the DB connection, you may get this type of error.

Especially if the connection has been idle most of the time.
