how to create separate master data in RE-FX for sales & how sales transactions can be triggered from RE- FX to avoid integration issues with SD.

They have an inventory of units to sell in Real Estate. In FX-RE you can group or ungroup them as inventory depends on how you want to report it. Sales may require it's own set of statuses but likewise, you need to have customer contracts to capture the sale, and to a certain extent the terms of payment or financing.

Hi,

It depends on the lvel of business expectations from the REFX, simply if you want to bill it customer u can create seperate contract type for sales and can perform postings into FI.

In case if u want integraton with PS also for milestone billing, it is not possible through REFX
