SICF :Test service is not working

Folks,

I am trying to test service CLPBID, CLPGLOBAL,CLPPROMCAL, CLPSDP or any other service also but browser , internet explorer version 6 does not open log in window.

It simply says

"The page cannot be displayed"

I have followed steps mentioned in S32_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_DE.doc (SCM setting).

table TWPURLSVR has entry of web server ADY: 8004

web protocol HTTP

SE80 , Utilities , settings for ITS : Integrated ITS LOG: HTTS :ADY:8004

PATH /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/

PUBLISH -TAB- Integrated ITS radio button selected

T code SMICM - ICM Monitor

Column Contents

No. 1

Log HTTP

Service Name/Port 8004

Host Name ADY

Keep Alive 30

Proc.Timeout 60

Actv. YES

Any help will be highly appreciated.
