Document Flow

After many triaqls and failures, I finally got my system to do the following,

In my HU MANAGED warehouse, I have performed my first receipt.

PO --> Inbound Delivery --> Packing --> PGR --> TO creation --> PAway.

Everything looks fine. Even my HU number range seems to work right.

My packing resulted in an HU being created with a number taken from my External Number Range and the SU was created with that same number....Hurray....yes........ But not so quick....

My document flow instead of showing my HU number created, shows the number taken from my INTERNAL HU Number range..?????

If I choose it and show details, it show me my HU correctly.??????

Why is that? Did I do something wrong or do I need to change something to see my External HU number in the document flow?

Hello Alain,

I think you are using the ECC 6.0 and SAP changed to display internal number range from 6.0 onwards on document flow. But there is a OSS note that helps how you can apply that get the external number displayed. I must have it somewhere but not able to find. IF i find the OSS notes i will post it. Or else you or your developer can check for "external HU number on document flow" or something in search.

With your help, I was able to make sense of it....and I have the note to fix it....
