Need Safety Stock in APO from R/3

Hi All,

I need to bring particular data from R/3 through ciffing and put this data into safety stock in DP.

Please let me know how to do this? What details I need to find out.

I am just curious to know why you are trying to load safety stock in APO DP. However, coming to your query Stock is in order series KF whereas the KFs in APO DP are time series and as mentioned CIF is between ECC and SNP/PPDS. You cannot load it in APO DP directly from ECC

Hi Sai,

There is another option.

We have safety stock field in Product master in APO.Now this safety stock will be coming from BW on periodical basis.

I need to get the macro to get this safety stock values from Product master into data views.

I think there is some standard macro to do this.

Any Idea ?

Hi,

CIF applciation will bring data in the active version 000 in PPDS /SNP and not in APO DP.

We can extracta data from SAP R/3 into infocube in APO/BW and then copy to APO DP KF.
