How I can control exchange rate for condition type.

Salute Masters ! !

For an existing Sales Order, currency is in INR.

But our order is in USD, when giving USD Value in TPR2 (Condition Type), it is converting to INR @RS.45 / USD. Please let me know how I can control this exchange rate.

Hi,

Go to transaction VA02 for your sales order and then go to Header and In the "Sales" tab you can specify the exchange rate.

After changing the exchange rate, go to line item and then update the pricing.

Apart from what Gaurav communicated how to change currency for the sales document.

You can use Tcode OB08 to maintain Exchange rates.

In OB08, maintain exchange rate type M for USD to INR as on date to reflect exchange rate in sales order.
