PGI on Daily Basis

Dear All,

There is a scenario where against a single sales order the stock is being delivered to the customer on daily basis throught the month. Now there is a production order made everyday and so the stock of the material increases so if we dont do a PGI everyday the stock will be there as it is.

Please suggest how best we can map this scenario in sap.

Hi,

You can enable this by means of scheduling agreement with delivery schedules maintained for everyday. You can also schedule a job to create deliveries with reference to this scheduling agreement.

Schedule background job using VL06G.

Hi,

You can schedule a background job for the tranasction VL06O (Outbound Delivery Monitor). Relevant program is WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_GDSI. You can run this program everyday at a certain time and do the automatic PGI.
