Development client for IDES 6.0

Hi All,

I have installed SAP IDES 6.0 on my machine.Is there any need to create new client 150 for the purpose of new development and customization??? OR can i go with client 800??? what is the default user and password for client 800??? Please help me.

Hi,

As Eric said, IDES is not meant for developments for productive use. Make sure that u have ur own ECC development server for developments/customization.

You can login to client 800 with the user IDADMIN and password ides.

IDES is a demo system, it was not meant to make new developments.
