Dear All,
Material Has been Received in quality Inspection and Without Moving the stock from in quality to Unrestricted use,
Usage Decision has been made by the user. Now how can i take the stock from in quality to unrestricted use.
So Please suggest the Solution .

Hi
In QA32, where you make usage decision, see the last tab is inspection lot stock . First option is to unrestricted. Put the amount in there and save.

Go to QA32.Select inspection lots with UD only (3rd radio button).Put the material and see if any lot has status, UD ICCO SPRQ STUP.If yes, do the stock posting in this lot.
If not, go to MB1b and do the stock posting using 321 movement.

as mention earlier........
Run transaction QA32 and search for all inspection lots created for that material. Then check all your inspection lots to see if any of them have a status of SPRQ which means the stock posting is still required.
Match the inspection lot qty (Status SPRQ) with qty showing in MMBE for confirmation.
If you find any inspection lots with SPRQ then usage transaction QA12 to post the stock if the UD is already done.

Hi,
The inspection lot you are currently looking at will not help you move the stock as it is not stock relevant.
Run transaction QA32 and search for all inspection lots created for that material. Then check all your inspection lots to see if any of them have a status of SPRQ which means the stock posting is still required.
If you find any inspection lots with SPRQ then usage transaction QA12 to post the stock if the UD is already done.
If you do not have any inspection lots that meet these requirements then it is possible that the stock was moved to quality inspection without any inspection types active on the material master. If this is the case no inspection lot will be created.
You will then need to use transaction MB1B and use a 321 movement to move the materials from quality to unrestricted.
Hope this helps.

Dear Swarnali_D,
Thanks for your Early response,
But, This step was skipped by the user & without moving the quantity, from the last tab the Usage Decision has been made .
now the status is UD ICCO STUP. and cannot move the stock from inquality to unrestricted use.
Now what to do? Kindly suggest some solution.

Hi,
In the inspection lot status that you have given there is no reference to stock, ie SPRQ or SPCO. Are you sure that the inspection lot is stock relevant? If the inspection lot was created manually then you will not have stock to transfer.
If the inspection lot is stock relevant then use transaction QA12 to access the usage decision in change mode, go to the inspection lot stock tab and move the materials to unrestricted.

Roderick
