Attachment Report in DMS

Do we have any SAP report, in which documents files are attached agaist document number.

Christoph provided this answer to my same questions and using these tables our programmers were able to add an indicator to CV04N that shows if files are attached to the DIRs. See the entire post on June 22, 2010

Hi Bill,

in the standard there is no such function available. Normally there is a unique LOIO- and PHIO-ID created for each original which is stored in the content server. These IDs are stored in database tables like DMS_PH_CD1, DMS_PHIO2FILE or DMS_DOC2LOIO. Whereas the document info record data is stored in table DRAW. So maybe these tables could be useful for you to create a special report which compares the document info record data with the original data in the mentioned tables.

For example this report could check the document data in table DRAW and compare it with the entries in table DMS_DOC2LOIO. Because as soon as the document info record has an original file attached there should be also a LOIO-ID entry in table DMS_DOC2LOIO.

Hi Don,

In standard functionality of sap dms ,there is no report for attachments. If you want it anyhow then develop a z report.

I hope this will resolve the query.
