UAR Request per Role

Hi,

Is it possible to configure the UAR to generate UAR request per role. Once the request got generated roles and Users got skater between the request. If the Role Owner is having more than 5 roles with more than 400 Line items per request, its very hard to approve for any particular role at a time.

Any better way to do this?

Hi Vasa,

You could control no.of roles to be in each UAR request, set any number between 1 to 999 in the CUP configuration -> User review -> Options -> 'No of line items per request'. If you set this to 1, system will create 1 request for user and role.

Total number of UAR tickets is also based on role approvers combination. For our convinient, we have set this to 999, so the role owners wont have to deal with too many UAR requests.

I do agree, UAR offers very basic functionality.
