Oracle Store Procedure

Is it possible to execute an Oracle Store Procedure that receive some parameters via Receiver JDBC in order to do some database operations and return the result of a Select Statement as final step of the Store Procedure? I am using Oracle 7.

Check this thread-

Given thread is talking about Oracle Stored Procedures. In the sender side, stroed procedure will return Cursor. But XI expects Result Set. So it will not work in the Sender side. ( Even I heard in sender side it is possible, but not sure which SP etc)but reciever side it will work.
