Pricing Issue - Conditions are Inactive

Hi Gurus,

I am facing a issue. I have created a new pricing procedure. Now when i create a sales order, i get all conditions with correct values but against those conditions, its comes as INACTIVE and marked with yellow sign,

I have checked Exclusion Indicators, Conditions etc but no clues. I have also tried to change the pricing date etc Any suggestion??
