Hi.

Just a quick response. You write Netweaver CE 7.1 It needs to be CE 7.1 EHP1 and then at least SPS3.

In NW, go to your Resource Adapters and stop/disable XMIIRFC06. It looks like you have some bad settings there and is taking down your application.

-- Addtional informaiton i would like to post on

I just checked the inst guides from the service market place , surprisingly i do not find instguide for 12.1 version of xmii either . Not sure about minimum software requirement . I do hear from SAP account manager that it can run on CE 7.1.

Did you look at the Integration section at the bottom of page 6?

http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000717691&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&_O...

"SAP MII 12.1 runs on SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment (SAP NetWeaver CE) 7.1 EHP1 SP03."

Clarification to Cemil's earlier post: the server use SAP JVM 5 (java 1.5, not 1.4), and 12.1 SP6 is the latest

Dear all,

Thanks every one for your response .

From the replies i am getting i do not meet the minimum software requirement to run xMII 12.1 . Is that right . Or any one smary buddy out there knew what tricks i need to do to make it run on CE 7.1 with out EHP1 and sp3

could some one advise whether

1) i can install CE 7.1 (EHP1) preview version - available for developer and deploy xMII 12.1 on it.

2) Also can i patch preview version after i install it just like normal edition ?

3) I do have xMII 12.0 binaries though and i need to understand whether it would run on CE 7.0/7.1 developer edition.

eagely waiting to get started .

Hello,

1) i can install CE 7.1 (EHP1) preview version - available for developer and deploy xMII 12.1 on it.

If you talking about 32 bit Developer Edition CE 7.1 EPH1 then YES it will work, I have done it to training purpose

2) Also can i patch preview version after i install it just like normal edition ?

you will end with many issues especially with JSPM, If I remember properly you would need upgrade your JSPM to do patching

I am not sure of your third question

Hope this helps!!

Adarsh
