Hi,

Can an approved and released SC be re-triggered again by the creator of the SC by making some changes to the SC?

Thanks,

Smita

No Its not Possible.. Once the follow on document created for a SC this option is not possible..

But on the other hand, if the SC is in "Awaiting for Approvalu201D status, the document owner can pull back the SC and Re-Trigger it..

Thanks!!

Thanks for ur reply.

But in my case, the SC is approved and completed, but due to some reason its corresponding PO was not created.

In this case can the owner still re-trigger the SC?

No Its not possible again.. I recommend you to check the issue with PO creation..

There are many reasons for PO not getting generated..

1) Inconsistency with backend R/3 system (If you use extended classic)

2) RFC communication issue.. And soon..

Hope this will help you..

Thanks!!

Yes, there could be any reason for PO not getting created.

But what would be the solution in this case..Is it that the creator will again have to create a new SC?

Or there is another way here.. Check out the PO and try to order the PO again..

This may be a proper work around..

Thanks!!

Thanks for the reply..

We have suggested to create and post the SC again since no PO was generated in the first place.

Thanks,
