In RZ20, under ccms monitoring template -> Buffers, i found the following messages. Please note the swap ratio for " table description, field description and Export/Imort.
Please suggest me what should i do....

Swami, Red alert or staying green or yellow occurs depending upon the thresholds you have defined.
By default or defined alert or staying green occurs when your specified hit ratio falls below or above etc.
Well, If your question is if "red alert" appeared for Table Def, Filed Descreption or Export/import hit ratio and what parameters do i need to tweak or indeed if your question is does this "red" mean any underlaying performance issues, its difficult question to answer with given details. Or Probably its not an issue or expected for your system depending on your system confirguation or utilisation or any poor zprogram or some thing else..
