Availability Check for Sales return order

Dear All,

I am facing a problem in SAP

In material master planning we are using stertagy group "40"

System is checking availability check against sales return order (Re), I have checked the schedule line category DN where Availability check is unchecked.

Can you please help me how to deactivate availability check at the time of return order.

Check the MRP Type at Material master and also see the MRP determination on the combination of

Also, check tcode OVZi. (Item Category + MRP Type = Requirement type)

Based on std, it should be Reqmts type - should be blank.

System check the Availability at Schedule Line category & Req. Class Level.

If it is checked at Req. Class then remove it also.As it is determined on the Basis of Req. Type wrt to Item Category & MRP Type so it considers the Availability on the Basis of above parameters.
