Validations in RE-FX..

1. How can we use Validations(GGB0) in RE-FX? I have tried creating a validation in GGB0 but unable to activate it. Is there some transaction for the same (similar to OB28 for FI) ??

2. How can we restrict the activation of Contract in RE-FX?? We want that Activation of contract be controlled by different set of users from those who create it in system. Only the users specifically authorised for contract activation should be allowed to activate the contracts. Rest all should either get an error or (if possible) the Activation button should become deactive.

Does anyone out there know how we can solve this? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated...

Hi Rohi,

RE-FX does not use validations in GBB0. They are only for RE classic. But you can use BAdIs (like BADI_RECN_CONTRACT for contracts) and method CHECK_ALL to implement customer specific validations.

But this means, in RE-FX we have to stay dependent upon developers for any kind of validation??
