Dear,

Check ur stock in MD04 and also check ur Storage location in Sales Order under Shipping Tab,dose that storage location

have stock.

Please maintain the Plant / storage location view of the material in the material master properly by updating all the relevant information.

Once this is done, post some stock in this storage location using tcode MB1C using mvt type 561

Now delivery should allow you to do PGI from this storage location

Use MBBE, check your material stock status & which storage location the material exists.

Then you have either of these two options:

1. Go to sales order line item and change the storage location in shipping tab.

2. Do a stock transfer order from the storage location where the material exists to the storage location from where you are trying to create a delivery. T code MB1B/MB1C.

Also, check tcode OVL3, settings.
